General terms and conditions of sale

1°) RESERVATION :
Reservations and any changes must be confirmed by e-mail or post. You must indicate the name of the client, the dates of stay, the number of people per room, the age of the children, the type of room and the time of arrival.


2°) ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE:
Late arrivals must be notified at the time of booking.
Check in is guaranteed between 16:00 and 21:00.
Check out is no later than 11 am.
If the rooms are not vacated at the specified times, a charge of 50% of the room price will be made
until 5 pm and 100% of the room rate after 5 pm.


3°) ALLOCATION OF ROOMS:
We are committed to doing our best to meet guests' requests, but we cannot guarantee a room name.


4°) BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS:
Any confirmation of a reservation for a non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and/or promotional product is made by paying a deposit equivalent to the total amount of the stay. In case of payment by bank transfer, only the net amount will be taken into account as the value of the payment.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or direct debit. The copy of the transfer order, mentioning the name and the dates of stay, must be sent to us by e-mail.
Failure to pay the deposit within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
The payment of the deposit automatically and de facto commits the client to the acceptance without modification of the general sales and cancellation conditions.
The package rates (B&B, half-board, ...) are to be considered as made up of indivisible elements
and non-refundable in case of non-use. Compensation between lunch and dinner is not possible.
The bill for extras and miscellaneous expenses must be paid on the spot and must be guaranteed in advance by credit card. The concierge service fee is 5% of the amount of the service booked through this channel with a minimum of 5 euros.
As the number of parking spaces is limited and only intended for the hotel's clientele, you may be asked to register your vehicle upon arrival.
Access to the car park is free from 7.30am to 9pm. An access code will be given to you for use outside these hours.
A credit card authorisation will be requested at the time of booking to guarantee the extras and the stay.
The offers and other promotions are valid at a moment "T" and are in no case cumulative and/or retroactive.
Any theft or damage in the rooms and their terraces or in the common areas will be subject to
refund from the customer.
Our establishment does not allow bottles of alcohol (wine, aperitif, champagne) to be brought in from outside even if a corkage fee is paid.
Modification of the booked stay: For any shortened stay, early departure, late arrival, the full amount of the confirmed stay will be due.
The client is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The conditions of sale of the reserved fare specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.


5°) BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS and TO :
Your reservation must be confirmed in writing, signed and stamped with the mention "good for agreement".
The deposit, representing 50% of the total amount of the stay, must be sent upon confirmation and the reservation will only be firm and definitive upon receipt of this deposit.
Failure to pay the deposit within 5 days will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or direct debit. The copy of the transfer order, mentioning the name and the dates of stay, must be sent to us by e-mail.
The balance of the pro forma invoice must be paid at the latest 1 month before the arrival of the clients.
We remind you that due to the number of requests we have on the same dates, the rooms will be granted to the first client to confirm in writing and by paying the deposit.

In case of partial cancellation (reduction of services, number of rooms or persons) the signed quote will be used as the MINIMUM basis for invoicing at any date.


6°) CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION (individual) :
In the event of total or partial cancellation of the stay, the compensation due by the client is calculated on the
total amount of confirmed and cancelled services as follows:
Cancellation between the date of confirmation of the reservation and 7 days before the date of arrival :
No charge.
Cancellation between 7 days and arrival date :
100% will be charged for the entire stay.
Modification of the booked stay: For any shortened stay, early departure, late arrival, the full amount of the confirmed stay will be due.
It is advisable for our customers to take out travel cancellation insurance in order to be able to
reimbursed by the latter in the event of total or partial cancellation of its stay.


7°) CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (group and TO) :
In the event of total or partial cancellation of the stay, the compensation due by the client is calculated on the
total amount of confirmed and cancelled services as follows:
Cancellation between the date of confirmation of the reservation and 30 days before the arrival date :
A flat fee of 35 euros will be charged.
Cancellation between 29 days before the arrival date and the arrival date :
100% will be charged for the entire stay.
Modification of the booked stay: For any shortened stay, early departure, late arrival, the full amount of the confirmed stay will be due.


8°) DEDUCTION OF DEPOSIT:
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or direct debit. The copy of the transfer order, mentioning the name and the dates of stay, must be sent to us by e-mail.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, only the net amount will be taken into account as the value of the payment.
The written confirmation of the stay by the client implies acceptance of the remote debit of the client's bank card. The client may not in any way protect himself against any fraudulent use of the establishment with regard to the payment of the deposit.

9°) TARIFFS:
The rates may be modified at any time according to the evolution of the taxes in force.


10°) TRAVEL INSURANCE :
The hotel cannot be held responsible for events of any kind that may result in a loss of
In case of cancellation or modification of your stay, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. The hotel will also provide you with any documents proving your financial commitment to the initial stay for any purpose.


11°) ACCOMMODATION:
In the event of non-availability or force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to make
to accommodate the participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which may not be sought to pay any additional compensation.


12°) CLAIMS AND DISPUTES :
Any dispute or complaint must be sent to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 10 days of the guest's departure.
